ABOUT POSTRIQUE

Postrique is a San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley based catering and pop-up “bakery” inspired by Mexican panaderias. Postrique, named through a fusion of the Spanish word for dessert (postre) and the French word for Mexico (Mexique),  aims to share Mexican culture through a new generation of desserts.

Postrique was incubated by the Instrucktional program in partnership with Google, inc. and in association with The Whole Cart.

Instucktional is a two-year program that teaches to willing entrepreneurs how to operate their own food truck business. In this time, Postrique the truck served meals as a sweet and savory churro truck to Google employees in Mountain View, CA.

We loved the truck and while we no longer operate in a food truck, we are always on the go! Check out our Calendar of Events to see where we are!
